Sunsella Silicone Egg & Pancake Rings - 4 Pack

I can cook eggs and pancakes, but since I am not a veteran at it, I find it to be a pain in the rear. I use a regular 12 inch skillet, will cook 2 eggs or 2 pancakes in it at a time, and they ALWAYS run together, making it harder to flip. I do manage, however as hectic as it can get around here, I like things to be easy. These took a bit of time to get used to. Like I said, I like things to be easy, which was the entire reason I wanted them. I was having major issues trying to hold the mold down and break the eggs at the same time. Every time I tried, the egg would run under and out. I was ready to give up until I checked out some other reviews on amazon. Someone on here mentions how they dipped the bottom rim of the mold into their mixture before setting the mold in the pan. Doing so created a seal for them, thereby eliminating leaks. I thought, what a great idea! So I gave it a try. IT WORKS! My eggs came out so good after trying this nifty little trick. Since learning, I have made perfect eggs, egg sandwiches, and pancakes. These molds leave me with plenty of room to flip my eggs, and pancakes. I no longer must fight to separate the eggs (usually tearing them), to get a good flip. I would also like to recommend that you make sure your pan is hot (at cooking temperature) before adding your eggs/pancakes, this will also help in making sure that it does not leak through the bottom. I did use cooking spray. The handle makes it super easy to pick up the mold as soon as your food of choice has taken shape, and also makes it easier to put them away since the handle will then flip down.
